Returns Policy

If a Product is defective, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will send you a new item or credit your account.

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for getting the product back to us in resellable condition. We will only pay the return shipping costs, and refund the original shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) or manufacture faults.

If you refuse an order or send the order back as a return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the extra cost of return shipping. 

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, you must obtain a return authorization. In the email, please include the reason for the return and your order number (if available). Returns sent back to us without return authorization will not be granted a refund.
